First off there are 3 screws holding the door panel to the door. If you only find 2, look harder. Once you have these 3 screws off there are like 10 or so clips holding the panel on. Be nice when pulling these off but firm. <br />

Secondly, once door panel is off you will need to remove the wires clipped onto...<br />

<br />
1) Begin by dropping the glove box by squeezing the walls and pulling down.<br />

2) Remove the screw that holds in the panel on the left of the glove box.<br />

Once you take that top off you will see some screws inside. You only need to unscrew 5 of them. Two on the sides and one in the center. I know these pictures kinda suck so just use common sense and take a look at whats holding the grill.<br />

This How-To is for those who would like to install an HID kit in a 2008 Lancer that comes equipped with factory Daytime Running Lights (DRL&#039;s).<br />
<br />
The advantages of these solutions are:<br />
<br />
1) They do NOT require splicing into the factory wiring at all, thus saving any warranty headaches<br />
2) They eliminate the HID Flicker associated with the DRL&#039;s<br />

this is how i opened up my tail-lights <br />

dremel 1500rpm or higher with a 1/16 titanium drill bit with a few extra...<br />
<br />
i used the section where the clear cover is glued to the housing as my dremel guide...<br />
<br />
1500rpm will heat up the drill bit pretty fast so you gotta stop once in a while and have a small cup of water ready next to you...<br />
about 1.5 - 2 inches you HAVE to stop and dip the bit in a water for it to cool down (because melted plastic is VERY VERY HOT and...<br />
