    OK :D

Ive decided to compile a thread with all the info regarding the lowering springs and who sells them, and some threads than talk about them. This is because the topic has been discussed over 7 times and people still keep creating new threads asking the same questions.

    here it goes.....

first of all this is some good info compiled by spiderman671

This is the amount of drop that springs available for the lnacers are providing:

Some or all of these springs can be found in the following supporting vendors inventory at some great exclusive prices for Lancer Tuners :D

    Here they are:

    Speed Corps

    Auto City Imports

    PTuning

If i left any vendor out, please let me know here in this thread..

ok guys i need some help im still pretty new at this. Im decided to go with the Eibach Pro Kit - 1.2" Front, 0.8" Rear for my ES. My question is what size wheel and tire package would you recommend if i wanted to with say a 17"? I think the factory sizes are 16x7.5 for the wheel and tire is 205/60-16 all season Yokohamas I want avoid rubbing of course. Thanks guys.

Stick with 18's and you won't rub since there not low enough. I would suggest the Eibach sportline kit that they just released is what I'm going for now then later going with TEIN coil overs once there out.

So you think its better to go with 18's instead 17's?

go w/ 18's, cause it will cover up more of that wheel gap.

[/quote:5wmf1yv9]im pretty sure you are referring to me,but i only busted my shock because i installed coilsprings on my car.bad idea.i didnt like the ride after a few days so i got some s-techs,when i was installing the teins,i already had grease all over my right rear strut, costs me $130.ive had my s techs for about 4 months now and ride awesome!even drop all around, looks awesome, but to tell the truth,Teins did notblow my strut.it was the coil overs.

/\ Put the car on jack stands, remove tires. remove the trunk carpeting behind the rear seats. the three bolts are there for both sides. There is more to it in detail but thats where you can start. You may have to do a search for a DIY. Use a spring compressor to remove the springs, you dont want to injure yourself, others or ruin your car when removing the springs.
