    2008:
    A31 - Apex Silver Metallic *
    A86 - Aqua Metallic
    S18 - Desert Sand Metallic
    T70 - Electric Blue Pearl
    A39 - Graphite Gray Pearl
    P26 - Rally Red Metallic
    X42 - Tarmac Black Pearl
    W37 - Wicked White Metallic

    2009:
    A31 - Apex Silver Metallic *
    A86 - Aqua Metallic
    A39 - Graphite Gray Pearl
    D06 - Octane Blue Pearl
    P26 - Rally Red Metallic
    M08 - Rotor Glow Metallic *

    come on people i nee your help on updating this list!! i need all 2009 paint codes, they can be located on the passenger side of your car. Just open the front door and look at the bottom near the skirt

    Just curious, but when I got my rear bumper replaced a few days ago the paint did not match at all... When I took it back yesterday, the body shop manager told me that they have to use water based paint now by law and they have never painted this colour since the change so they're still trying to work out the kinks and will repaint it... My question is if anyone knows if this water-based paint law is real, or if he's just trying to justify their mistake? Might just be Canada, but I'm curious none the less...

    its true. thats why our paint is so shitty and can scratch and chip easily.

    But if that's the case, why isn't this same problem happening on all other new cars? :(

    well for ours (i talked to a tech about this) we only have a coat of primer, one coat of paint, and one coat of the clearcoat. most cars have two layers of paint and 2 layers of clearcoat.
