would these rims fit my stock tires?

if you put in your car for the filter thing on tirerack, anything that comes up will fit.

After looking at your link, I'm assuming you have an ES. That being said, the tire/rim size are...

16x6.5
5x114.3 lug pattern
+46 offset

Tires are P205/60R16 91H

Since it seems you're not too educated about wheels.. i'll give you a quick lesson. if you know.. well.. then you should have already known the answer to your question
First the rims...
16x6.5 means 16 inch diameter by 6.5 inch width
5x114.3 lug pattern means there are 5 lug nuts to bolt the wheel on and each spot is 114.3mm apart
+46 offset means the distance the mounting part of the wheel is from the centre.

Tires...
P = passenger (type of vehicle the tire is for)
205 = width
60 = side wall height in % of width. ie. the sidewall height is 60% of 205.
R = construction of the tire
16 = diameter of the tire
91 = load rating. how much weight the tires can hold
H = speed rating. how fast you can go without worry of blowing the tires.

you're only icnreasing width by 0.5 inches.... it should still fit.. but it seems that you want the tire width to be 1inch bigger than the rim width... (going off stock numbers) so this rim might be a bit of a stretch.
