What Brand of oil for our cars?

    What is a good brand oil for our cars? I am new to oil changing by myself and i dont know what is a good brand. My old car i just take to a shop and they do it so i dont know what they use. I was thinking Castro GTX for the sludge protection. :D

    I've been a Mobile1 guy but always up for something better.

    5w20 its on the oil cap...

    Mobil 1, Redline, Royal Purple, Torco, Motul, and really any high performance oil is always better, but not needed.

    I use Castrol GTX in my current car and it runs fine. Can't say much for the Lancer though as I don't own one just yet...

    Mobil 1 5w-20 *Full Synthetic*.
    Mobil 1 is good enough for McLaren..it's good enough for me!

    motomaster formula1 made by exxon (basically it is mobil1 oil but cheaper)
