No, the shroud has openings, and it shines through them.

I assume the shroud is plastic. Wont it melt onto the projector lens? Or have they finally invented a projector lens that doesnt get hot or a type of plastic that doesnt melt. Maybe it doesnt even touch it at all and im just so fascinated with this im not even paying attention all the way. lol

Also, quick question. The center one is obviously the main head lights. The one on top is turn signal or fogs and the one next to it is high beams?

First off, the shrouds are NOT plastic. They are some metalic type of plastic (i dare say urethane) that bends to heat, but doesnt break. Besides, the Halos, and the projector, are packed in so tightly, they wont move. So bending isnt an issue.

The system i will be running is this:

    Lights off: Everything off
1st Mode, parking lights: All off, except turning signal (will be acting as city light)
2nd mode, ON, fog switch off: The center light (the one with the halo) on as well as turning light
3d mode, ON, fog switch on: All 3 lights one.

LEDs and halos wired to switch.

Well guys, i finally have taken the time to truly appreciate the looks of my wheels with my new brake kit. Here is a mini shoot i did for myself. I used my new D3100, using my 50mm lense with a polarized filter.

Some of the HDR shots are 3 pictures, some of them are 5.

    HDRs first:
