not for the ralliarts. they were the first non evo lancer to use the 5x114.3 wheel pattern. they are the same as the evo.

I don't think they are. Although it would be nice as I believe the 02-03 are bigger, allowing for a larger wheel offset. I'm going to roll and possibly pull my fenders this spring when it gets warmer though... Thanks man, I appreciate the comments!
