Ive got no sound out of my speakers...help

    I have no sound coming out of my head unit. Ive got a 09 GTS and there is no sound from Navigation, stereo, even through my phone on bluetooth. The system responds to my voice but i hear nothing. Ive tried restarting the unit, disabling by bluetooth which has locked up in the past. I cant figure it out by I have an 8 hour drive tomorrow and could really use some help.

    This may be a stretch, but try disconnecting the neg terminal on your battery for ~ 5 mins. It "should" do a full reset on everything electronic.

    that wont wipe my hard drive will it?
