Getting my 2009 WW GTS!!!

    HI EVERYONE! just thought i'd introduce myself since ill be getting a WW GTS soon... hopefully in the next two weeks!! im very excited about this car! im actually going from a EURO to JDM so please feel free to give me advice about JDM cars! hahaha

    i drove my E36 for 6 months (it was given to me because my sister went to college) but then it was given to someone else to drive for a while and he ended up totaling my baby.. so i said to myself. i think its time to go JDM! hahaha

    so anyway! im NOT new to the modding world. my boyfriend owns a E90 and he mods it like crazy! im absolutely in love with his car, unfortunately we are very far from each other so i cant just drive his car.. haha...

    i cant say im addicted to modding but it feels great to see what you've done to the car!!

    hm.. i'd have to say that im a really easy person to get along with so dont be a stranger! also i'll be attending plenty of meets in my area -if there are any- do you guys have meets on this forum? im usually on e90post.com or bimmerforums.com so... JDM forums are definitely different for me but i am very excited to be getting my lancer! hahaha!!

    okay enough rambling. i hope to meet everyone soon!!!

    For us american,s.... we know the E36 as the BMW 3 series built between 1991-99 i believe... they are really nice cars and welcome to the JDM world and LancerTuners.com make sure to go and buy some of our stickers and support us :)

    btw I think I would give up my Lancer in 2 sec to have the 5 series.... :twisted:

    hahaha i would too (obviously) but maintenance for euros are very expensive where as JDM i could do just about anything myself :D

    Welcome to the forum and thank you for the pix. i love the 3 series. and that silver is super clean especially with those angel headlights!

    hmm... has anyone gotten pulled over for no front license plate in jersey?
    im considering to tell them to not drill license plate holes.. but then i dont know if its kinda risky..

    I am in CT and I told them no, our cars look a lot better w/o the front plate..

    im kinda hesitant of telling them to not drill the holes..
    cause im scared of getting pulled over.. =(
    what is that like a 60$ ticket?
    but it looks so sick without it! >_<

    i dont get it? so do they not put the plate on?
    doesnt the evo have the plate on the bumper? i dont like that

    The EvoX plate is side mounted. Its still on the front, but it looks a lot better than having it smack dab in the middle.

    what mods do you have on your car?


    is it bad that im already looking at TONS of mods but i havent gotten my car yet! LMFAO!

    Nah, I dont mind the plate being on the front. With everyone else getting the EvoX style plates for their Lancers I figured I'd be different and keep mine in the centre :)

    Mods to my car so far:

    RRM Short Ram Intake
    Painted Engine
    Blue Wire Loom
    Xenon H9006 Headlights
    Xenon Headlight Strobes
    3 Million Color Underglow Kit
    Blue interior neons
    Vinyl Graphics
