Exhaust

do you guys know if a Greddy Evo2 exhaust is applicable with the MagnaFlow Hi-flow catalytic? Or can I even install the Evo2 on my Lancer 06?

 

I havn't seen that exhaust for your year. But the hi flow cat is just a factory replacement so it will fit any catback made for your car.

 

I had a custom exhaust made for 200$ at a local shop. It has a Netami muffler on it. It sounds pretty good to me.

It sticks out a tad bit eh? I have the ebay catback and it sits flush with the bumper. Sounds good though man.

 

Yea, it sits out the back of the stock bumper a bit more, but thats because the bumper curves back towards the car at the bottom, and if you look striaght down at it from the top its flush to the farthest part out, which is how the aftermarket bumper i got is. if that made sense?

 

Eh....that does sound good. Take it back and have them cut about 6 inches off the piping. Weld it back together and it will look perfect.

 

Thanks, that was before I got my intake, so now I think it is a little deeper sounding. I'll get a new vid of it tommorow. But it will sit just right with the new bumper, so its staying right where its at for right now.
