i agree those wheels would look good on electric blue, rally red, wicked white , and tarmac black. it wouldn't look so good on the apex silver,...
P245/40R18 is the tire size for the evo. so yes it should fit even if you lower the car.
my guess it's about 200 hp with no turbo. i was always told that you take the liters and add a zero. that's for n/a. now with a turbo who knows...
