can someone please post their RRM pulley w/ around 2k+ miles see if there's a noticeable wear?
if you knew enough physics then you would understand just HOW much heat is being transfered to those heat shields to prevent heat from moving...
thats what the heat shield is for... to prevent that... if u remove it, it starts to chip the paint from ur hood :-\... and we ALL know how bad...

but he made it sound like aluminum was a plastic and that the OEM pully is metal O.o
sorry your wrong, changing the internals DOES NOT void your warrenty, only IF the mod was the CAUSE of the damage... if there even is a damage, so...
u guys do realize that u have to bake ur headlights to do this right... as in taking out your headlights and stick it in the over at 200* for...
my best guess would be ya it's the same seeing as the ES should be almost 100% the same...
so basically even if u did take it off, ur still shit outta luck cuz the clear coat is red :(
