Just because its HID doesnt mean the bulb type changes. It'll still be the same bulb type as what your stock headlights use. Refer to the owners...

Yeah people do retrofits all the time but it takes a bit of fabrication, unless you buy a kit pre-fabricated for your car. But it will be a while...
Well disabling them is still a little tricky. The more effective methods available, are to bypass them (for HID purposes).
Hmm how do you mean by bouncy? Too soft? The sport line looks good, but that drop would be a bit too extreme for me given the road conditions...
Well theyre not gonna be softer than the stocks obviously. Probably around the same so you shouldnt notice a big difference in ride harshness....
