Ebay some TSX projectors and retrofit them to the headlights. A lot cheaper than going with the EVO X or Euro headlights.
When you open the hood, take out the 6 or so push buttons (2 of which are screws) that hold the front black thing in the front of the engine bay....

Lower number, whiter the light ... higher the number, the blue'er it gets. Number = temp/color. Brightness = equal.
