    There is no way you are going to get these wheels/tires to fit on the lancer Chris without making the body of the car wider..look at the sizes 8O...

    blacked out Front bumper grill, what type of vinyl is needed

    Vinyl is from ExtremeVinyls Chrome trim is from Pep Boys/Autozone (your local autoshop) Grill (painted in flat black to match his vinyl)

    Are you trying to black out the Grill or the Bumper? Grill = Paint it, Bumper = Vinyl.
