The factory tire size in 18" on the 08+ Lancer is 215/45-18. You can use the alternate 225/40-18 for tires.
The cheapest packages you will find will run at least $1000.

Thats almost exactly factory fit, I would not worry about any rubbing as long as you use the stock 215/45-18s that the GTS comes with.
