    Thats right we are starting this planning already! Here's what we got so far!.......

    PLEASE VOTE ON THE DATE: PICK

    This poll will close at the end of February.
    ** in the event of a week tie the admin's / mods will make the final choice.

    Where/When
    Hosting City: Virginia Beach, VA
    Date's: June/July (vote please)

    What's
    We'll decide once we get closer and we can decide the best weekend.

    I chose July as well. Im hoping at least most of the Mods/Admins can make. I know for sure Alex and I will be there, we have gone every year thus far.

    I know im planning to go down for friday morning, cousin is coming with too.. and then ill be staying the whole week after that for my summer vacation and getting a house... If anyone wants to do the same ill keep you in tune on the planning.

    I guess someone should start up a poll over on evom.net as well. We should make him do it. Lol. I will do it when I get some free time. Workin two jobs ain't easy anymore. Im not so young and pepper ready to make that extra cash. I will try to do it tomorrow if I remember. Im off all day from both the fulltime and part time.

    Ok, I made the poll over at Evom.net. Will close same time this poll closes. I will then get the dates added up and let everyone know. Since I am not a mod over at evom I will beg a mod to help me out with that poll to ge the dates added up amongst the sites. I will need someones help from project lancer to help the dates coincide with each other so we know what the weekend is gonna be.

    thanks guys for making it work out! ive got the ok for vaca so ill be down that weekend and the whole following week if anyone wants to join.... im renting a house

    Hey Sinestra, can you get me the list so I can update it on Evom and here so if one site has the first choice for the majority and the another site has the second option as the majority everyone will know what the actual votes for the dates are. Same way for when the list builds it will have a complete list of all 3 sites. Just trying to keep every site on the same page for the dates. I gave evom till the end of the month to decide the days. I've only had one hit so far....kinda sad :(

    Sure thing bro i can tell you right now there has not been a lot of hits over at PL either but so far JULY 15-17 is kicking ass

    I updated the first poll with the votes from Evom. Can you update the votes from PL in the first post as well. It would help a lot. You don't have to do it everyday. Every 7 days or so would do.
