I read in the shop manual that I should torque the wheel nuts (lug nuts) to 73 +-7 ft/lbs. Can anyone verify this I have a shop manual on CD and this is what I found, but i'm not sure what the +- 7 ft/lbs means after the 73? I painted my calipers today and just need to make sure i torqued them down good.

the +/- 7 is how much they recommend above or below the 73 foot pound. that means you can do at the lowest would be 66 and the highest would be 80 ft/lbs. you should put it at 73 though. some torque wrench are not caliberated the some and it could be off just a little.
