Official TSB on 2008 Lancer's no-start problem

    TSB-07-13-099 - Possible no start (DTCs P0657, P1590, U0101, P0201, P0206)

    Cliff notes:

    Quote:
    The customer may complain of a no-start condition, however, dealers may find it difficult to recreate. The condition is caused by condensation freezing inside the relay, rendering it inoperative.
    Fix: Replacing four relays with a modified type


    The TSB is listed as "Electrical - No Start in Extreme Cold and or Multiple DTC's"

    Haha yeah i had that happen to me twice last winter. When it first happened it freaked me out. I was so pissed! Its all good now tho.
