to be really honest the normal person cant really tell the difference between the cai and the short ram, i had both on my 03 lancer and to be honest the short ram will give u more torque. it is super hard to tell the difference.
is there a way to create a sri+cai? lol sounds crazy but can the pipe be connect both ways? one going the sri and another extension going down for a cai?
on the old lancer they made an intake that was two piece so that u could convert it into a sri, but that is pretty hard on the 08.
ya rmx has been working on that thing for a while and will be producing a few looks very promising. As for a sri- cai i highly doubt it is possible with the 08 because of the 180 bend you have to pull to clear the battery. I've always perfered sri over cai better sound, more torque, no hydro lock i can careless about the lose of a few horses im still gaining.
