Line out converter question

    I'm curious, what's the best spot to put a Line Out Converter to run a subwoofer off of the stock HU in a S&S lancer. Is behind the radio better than removing the stock sub and using those wires?

    the wires on the converter aren't long enough to put way back there. converters are generally placed behind the radio...least that's where mine are
