It depends what color you want. Usually this low of Kelvin 8 or 10, won't really change the color TOO much, so 10k would be really blue. It takes a lot higher or added colors to get purple and pink, a lot higher than 10k anyways. If you're looking more for blue, I'd go with 10k, but if you're looking to be a little closer to legal, I'd go with 8k.
