Nice car, I wish I could use blue halos. Cops made me remove my blue city lights, said it's impersonating a snow plow?!? Stupid random laws, who would really see a Lancer comming and think it's a snow-plow? Not like you have to get out of the snow-plows way or anything.
Can you take an angled pic of your headlights from a little further away?(Including the car) I can't really notice the blacked-outness from the pics you posted head-on, too much refection.
they arent neons, they are 6" Blue Led Strips, u can get them from automoglow and as for what i wired them to, i wired them to the gauge cluster fuse so they turn on with the car
