im lookin to get the evo x spoiler ..doese ne one know if any companies that made it or are making one?????
I could be wrong, but I think there is a company named Mitsubishi that will be distrubuting them... As for who makes them - I'm sure it will be an unrelated 3rd party manufacturer. If you can wait until mid '08 I'm sure that there will be plenty of Ebay copies on the market.
i believe Bodykits.com has made one but its not for sale yet (only in the billion dollar body kit) and Extreme Dimensions made a spoiler but not the evo x style more of an OEM style but its CF.
actually i asked bodykits.com if they were going to sell that spoiler sepearte from the kit and they told me yes, heres what they said "Yes we are. Fiberglass is 250.00 Carbon Fiber is 500.00"
here is the 1 from bodykits.com im planing on gettin this 1 along with some other things from that site ^_^, if not ill get the actual evo x 1 when it comes out
i kinda like this one, but looking for an evo x replica CF spoiler. I did however get the evo x body kit from them though and CF hood.
It does look pretty thin in the pictures. hah i think they made it really high cause the lancer spoilers cuts right through the rear view mirror.
ive never had a problem with my GTS spoiler just need to adjust the seat and mirrior a bit better hope they make a diffrent version last i remeber i was driving a lancer not an impreza
i just emailed my parts guy from mitsu and this is what he said about getting the eco x spoiler. Weird because a guy on evom actually said that he got to order his already. he even stated a part number, i gave the part number to the guy and he said its invalid but this is what he said "Until Mitsubishi has those parts in the US then no. Being a Mitsubishi dealer doesnt give access to JDM Mitsubishi parts. They wont even import those parts unless I have a Japanese vin number then they will because it looks valid. A lot of guys have contacts in Japan from either a dealer, ralliart dealer or just a shop that can import/export parts. This is what Im finding. A lot of that stuff has a HUGE markup though and that is why I dont mess with it. People are getting gauged left and right on JDM parts, but people kind of expect to pay more. I dont see it. If Ralliart will ever come into the USA then things will be different. They are still in the works of introducing it here, but not yet. So until the EVO X hits the market here we are not going to be able to get it. "
