2009 NC/SC DSM/Evo/Subi Shootout Fayetteville NC

The 2009 Carolina DSM/Evo/Subi Shootout is scheduled for November 14th and 15th.

Racing will be at Fayetteville Motorsports Park on Sunday. This is a change from last years event held at Rockingham Dragway.

On Saturday, Epic Motorsports will be hosting an open house/dyno day, which will be a first for the NC/SC Shootout! Big thanks to Robbie and the Epic crew for doing this.


We would like to get an idea of how many people are going to attend, so please post up as soon as you know. Be sure to post weather you will be racing or spectating at the event. The list will be updated in this post periodically. Hope to see everyone out there.

The 2009 NC/ SC Subie, Evo and DSM shootout Will be held in Fayetteville this year.

Saturday the 14th at Epic Motorsports we will be having a Dyno Day and Dyno Shootout. Awards for the Highest whp. We have a large list of people wanting to get some dyno pulls. We will start at the begining of the list and go untill we cant run any more cars. The first car will be rolling at 10am.

FatBacks BBQ in Fayetteville will be on hand to feed everyone some lunch.

$50 for Dyno pulls wide Wideband ( Only if you ask for it )


Sunday the 15th At the Fayetteville Motorsports Park will be the day everyone has been waiting for. Gates open around 11 racing will start at Noon. We brought the Subaru vs Mitsubishi shootout back to the south. There are 2 very large shootouts on the same day every year, turbo trix racing in Jersey and Buschur Racing in Ohio.

Ours has perfect racing weather on a nicely prepped track with No Tech Inspection. What does that mean for you guys? Some of the fastest Subarus, Evos, and DSM's on our rock will be here running some crazy times on neutral territory.

- A few of the Muscle cars from HorsePowerJunkies.com have been invited aswell. We all know that the Subies, Evos and DSM love to hate each other but add in a few twin turbo vipers and some 8 sec turbo Mustangs and vettes then you have yourself a show!

- Please Note!
When you come to the shop for the dyno day please dont park in the neighbors grass! There will be no parking signs. There will be parking in the shop Front yard and along the road also keep the area in front of the dyno open so we can get the cars lined up and ready to run.

 

Around 100 cars or so showed up for dyno.. Tomorrow track day...

Anyways.. I re-dynoed my car (the guy who did it the first time did a poor job, Bobby wasn't there because he went to Alaska.) So this time I had Bobby dyno it.. We pulled 272.6WHP/264.5 Torque from your email flash.. ( Previous was 259WHP/258TRQ ) My car dynoed 216WHP STOCK.. I gained 56.6WHP over stock and 13.6WHP over the last dyno..

He did not due A/F but i do have a sheet.. I will be posting that tomorrow as well
