08 GTS RF system + windows not working....linked?

So I was driving along and got home, went to roll down my window and for some reason it's not working. Okay so I tried the other windows on the driver side switch. Nothing. Hmmmm now I'm and not sure what to do. I reach across and press the button on the passenger side window. Again...nothing. I open the door start checking fuses with a light. I got power to all of them except one which was blown. Top right hand corner 7.5 mA fuse. Not sure what it went to, but the diagram sucks. Replaced it and tested it....no power. Okay pulled the fuse and tested the pin. No power to the pin. Alright now I decide to pull the plugs (brown and white) and test the individual pins. Hmmm well there's power to all except the white plug which has power to all but the red wire. It's an 8 ga wire I believe.

So now I'm thinking...well it's a 12V source, so maybe I can trace it back? I'm not sure where it feeds into, but I have a feeling it'll be a pain. I know this sounds stupid but is the RF system somehow connected to the windows? I am running 2 amps and another battery, ran a bypass for the RF amp but it still controls everything. IE: speakers. So is it possibly tied into the 12V source on the windows? If that's the case, maybe the amp is blown? I didn't see any external fuses for it on the amp itself. I'd pull the carpeting but I don't have the time right now. Figured that someone might have ran into the same issue.

This weekend I'll start tearing it apart. I'll also be cutting out the vertical door hinges and putting the OEM ones in. I've got to undo the fukked up work that the previous owner did. I don't know who did the job, or how they did it, but I've got TWO different hinges on the doors and they are jacked! But that's besides the point right now. Point right now IS this something that I can tackle? Or do I have to go back and try to get someone to mess with it?
