Does anyone know if it is possible to change the lights from red to blue? i still haven't gotten my lancer but i dont know what color to choose. Im thinking of getting it blue but it would be weird if the whole inside is red
To be honest I hardly even notice the red. You can't see it from the outside and I don't think anybody is really going to diss you for having a blue car with red gauges lol. Wish I could tell you if you could change them but I don't know. But I do know that it would be a lot of work that might be a little sketchy. Taking apart the steering wheel for steering wheel controls, the radio, center console, and gauge cluster if you want to do that too.
Yeah but i wanna get the Map and dome lights in it and if its all red inside they will have to be red then you will see if from the outside lol
If you get blue maps and dome, your car will glow blue. The red from the steering wheel, radio, etc isn't enough to even really be seen from outside unless you're looking directly at it. It would be way too hard to replace them all because their just small lights in the circut boards. Unless you're an electrician.. I say live with the red buttons.
i had the same problem. blue lancer with the red lights. the navi can change from red background to blue i was happy with that. my map lights up top i got blue LED's looks sick. then i got blue neons in my car too, and changed the black suade to blue suade on the side doors. i love it man you should do the same. my color scheme is black and blue all around
I think that you should stay with the red and just change the dome and map light to blue...that's what I'm going to do....
