    its not constant for me, i got the springs reinstalled and it was fine after that,, but it still knocks very rarely though!

    So it knocks when you go over bumps or any time the spring moves?


    Anyone else out there have this problem, or is this a rare case?

    I told HP Autoworks to stick it and give me my money back and they did after about 4 more emails of asking for a refund. Don't buy anything from this site, too shady. Probably a guy in his basement with his mom yelling down to him when dinner is ready each night.
