Hello.. I dont know if im the only one having this problem here, cause i searched and didnt find anything on the subject.. My car has the rockford fosgate audio system, and i love the sound and everything, except for this irritating noise thats coming from the trunk along with the bass from every song, it is making me go sickkk, anyone knows a solution for that ? would be greatful if someone could post a photo of the part that i need to fix.. :?
i know my dealership, they'll probably tell me to turn the volume down n then it'll go away lmao, problem is, i cant find where i read once before i got my car that someone had a similar problem n it was something around the subwoofer that needed tightening up and the problem was gone
i think you need to tighten the box. when i had my springs installed they had to take the sub out and when they put it back in they forgot to tighten up a screw and i heard this crap sound when i turned it up. i had to back and tell them to fix it. it turned out to be a loose screw. that's prob what you have :lol:
haha this title seems like such contradiction..."noisy subwoofer" A. Make sure all the bolts and screws are tightened B. Buy some dynamx and sound proof the trunk and license plate C. Maybe put some foam tape between the sub and enclosure D. Do what KRU said E. Take it to the dealer
